Template talk:File information/wizard

I think that a wizard can be helpful, but I have to mention again that {{Navbox}} is the most complex template at this wiki, and its use has affected performance in the past. Since the plan is to abandon {{Navbox}} use (and convert what was the sole remaining instance of use to table format, once the species names are all known), is this a prototype that's going to be converted also? --FeralKitty (talk) 15:28, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

This doesn't call the navbox directly, it simply uses one of it's classes: class="navbox collapsible collapsed". Will it still cause performance issues? –xenocidic (talk) 15:49, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

Actually I just took any reference to "navbox" out because I guess we might be eliminating it's css class altogether - and it still works fine. Do you think it looks better with the "compressed" view until you expand it, or should I add width=100% to the tables? –xenocidic (talk) 15:57, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
