As for your question, species level is just a number in game showing how 'difficult' a species is to obtain. It does not related to your gardener rank. --Jimmcq 16:55, 27 February 2007 (EST)
I see. Is this somewhere in the game or just assigned here? Is there any general way to see what level you need to be for a pinata to appear? (If not, perhaps it's a worthy project) --Kawigi 17:21, 27 February 2007 (EST)
