Educated mistreatment of Syrupent eggs can result in this two-pronged mutation. It's still relatively easy to please, but will attract trouble from Sour Bonboons just like the lesser and greater members of its family.
Requirements
To create a Twingersnap romance any two Syrupents and then watch the resulting egg carefully. It will make a small hop several times and then finally make a big jump. After the egg makes its big jump whack it 
with your shovel and a Twingersnap baby will emerge.
