To get money quickly, grow bird of paradise flowers and use fertilizer 3 times. When the flower heads are mature, sell them for 1440 coins. Other great "cash crops" include the orchid, bullrush, and tulip.

Current Events
Contests
The first PinataIsland contest has concluded. Celestial nav, Jazziefox, and Teker0 have all won official Viva Piñata mugs -- not available in any store. Stay tuned for future PinataIsland Contests.
Television Series
In the US, the Viva Piñata television series shows on the Fox network on Saturday mornings at 10:00 a.m. In the United Kingdom, it shows weekdays at 4:30pm on Nicktoons. Episodes for March 17 are: Franklingestion and On a Sour Note
Video Game Rumors
Rumors are that Viva Piñata will be followed by a release for the Nintendo DS, and that there will be more downloadable content in 2007. Neither Rare nor Microsoft has given any indication of what the new products will be
Viva Pinata: Party Animals and Viva Pinata for Windows announced
On July 10th, during Microsoft's offical press confrence at E3 2007, two new Viva Pinata games were announced. They were a party game called Viva Pinata: Party Animals and Viva Piñata for Windows. Both are slated to release in Holiday 2007.
