Template talk:Edit section

I still don't like the idea of having to hardcode in the section number, but I think this could work well for the Species articles that are getting a little too cumbersome too edit the entire thing at once. Thoughts? --Jimmcq 15:10, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

I poured over http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Magic_words and didn't see any way to get the section number to come thru with a magic word. In theory most article's section numbers won't change much, especially the species and the plants, so I agree that using them in those cases at least is probably a good idea. –xenocidic (talk) 15:31, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
