This is turning into a maintenance nightmare. If you can't decide whether it should be svp or svpc or vpc or vpcs, then perhaps it's not ready for live use.

:::It's completely deprecated. I think that it might have utility as a subst'able template but for some reason it was subst'ing the entire code rather than just the code that matched the switch. Perhaps template subpages like div/vpc-article div/vpc-species, then when someone needed the div code they could just subst the appropriate subtemplate. but then we'll have an awful lot of templates. –[[User:Xenocidic|'''xeno'''cidic]] ([[User talk:Xenocidic|talk]]) 13:06, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

OK, the new and improved {{tl|div}} & {{tl|divclear}} (divclear was <nowiki>{{clear}}

</nowiki>) should help people create tabs on the fly a lot easier and are inline with the css names. divclear will clear all text and close a tab. I suppose it can be subst'ed, do you think it will be heavy on the processor if we leave it transcluded? how about the new div, which passes the paramaters directly rather than through a switch? –[[User:Xenocidic|'''xeno''']][[Special:Contributions/Xenocidic|cidic]] ([[User talk:Xenocidic|talk]]) 01:04, 23 August 2008 (UTC)

div & divclear

OK, the new and improved {{div}} & {{divclear}} (divclear was {{clear}}

) should help people create tabs on the fly a lot easier and are inline with the css names. divclear will clear all text and close a tab. I suppose it can be subst'ed, do you think it will be heavy on the processor if we leave it transcluded? how about the new div, which passes the paramaters directly rather than through a switch? –xenocidic (talk) 01:04, 23 August 2008 (UTC) <math>Insert formula here</math>
