If you guy want do go through the trouble of getting on sites in different languages and downloading translators fine, but I'm not gonna bother with it. + | Well, I obviously want it to exist, or else I wouldn't have created it. :) and yes I was assuming that the page could eventually get filled in with information specific to the Japanese version such as release dates, links to japanese language sites, etc. For now I just wanted to get the page created so that the search engines will pick it up.
