Consistent capitalization?
We should rename this to "Monkeynut tree", and we should rollout "Sentence case" capitalization to the rest of the articles. This could be considered low-med priority, but new articles should use the proper case. –xenocidic (talk) 12:34, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
- New articles should absolutely be using proper case, and I've corrected a few new ones that slipped up. "Sentence case" capitalization has already been the standard here for quite some time. To give you some history, I believe we had tried to mimic the in-game conventions, but later had decided that it would be better if articles were easier to read.
- As for the old articles, the species and plants articles have hundreds of references to the 2-year-old tree names. Personally, I don't like leaving links in as redirects, so I've never changed them because I don't have the time to go and correct every seed, produce, transformed item, and tree link. Every time I go into an article, I already try to look for things that happen to need correction, while I'm there, and I'd rather that list didn't get longer at this particular moment. I've got a lot on my plate to do, for about a month, so I'm trying to defer things that honestly don't need to be done now, but that's just me. If Jim doesn't care that we'll have so much indirection, when activity is going to pick up, that can be his call. --FeralKitty (talk) 13:17, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
