If we can't write several paragraphs about a topic, we try to find an appropriate place for it elsewhere. Forgot to add a summary to my edit: I removed the text about the Medicine Bottle, as AFAIK Medicine cannot be used to heal sick pinatas. I moved details about broken pinata to it's own page.
