The pinometer comes from the enyclopedia screens. I know this page will get changed around so don't even mention it. If you need proof of the fact that your intial garden has 100 pinometers think about it. In this [1] it says 70 pinometers(1%) 1% probably means of your whole garden and 1% of 100 is 10.
