You can purchase nightshade seeds, or nightshade berries from Costolot's General Store, or try talking with Seedos to get a nightshade seed.
How best to grow it
Use 3 applications of purple fertilizer. Unlike most trees, you only can apply fertilizer when the tree has buds. Look for the small green buds that appear on the tips of the branches. The fertilizer has to be applied in the short time between these buds appearing and the bush shedding them.

- Eating 2 nightshade berries helps meet the Fourheads Romance requirements.
