I put this much up as a start. I imagine that videos will be added soon. Unless there's more specific per-race details that would clutter up the table, it doesn't look like we need to split off tracks onto individual pages, at present. --FeralKitty 20:56, 1 November 2007 (EDT)

An image of the shortcut (location) would be a nice added touch. --FeralKitty 03:39, 2 November 2007 (EDT)

Race Bonus Scoring

Standing Race 1st place 2nd place 3rd place 4th place
Event 1st place 5 5 5  ?
2nd place  ? 3 3  ?
3rd place 3 2  ?  ?
4th place 1  ?  ? 1

The first place race bonus seems to be 5 points, if you come in first in the challenge event. However, if you come in 4th in the event, your race bonus drops down to 1, even if you were the first place finisher in the race. --FeralKitty 03:39, 2 November 2007 (EDT)

I think those numbers can change based on whether or not you have the 'keep the game close' (or whatever its called) option turned on. --Jimmcq 11:59, 2 November 2007 (EDT)

Shortcuts

I'm thinking that there might be several "shortcuts" that could be listed, but probably only one key/main alternate route (per track) that counts for unlocking the achievement. Perhaps add a bullet list to support additional track-specific tips? --FeralKitty 08:55, 3 November 2007 (EDT)

Yeah, it would probably make sense to change the layout of that section now that we know a little more about the game. --Jimmcq 13:51, 3 November 2007 (EDT)

I'm currently working on finding the short cuts. I just found one for Assembled. As you guys have probably seen, I've fairly horrible at desribing them, so I'll just tell you guys where it is and you can get to it and descrive it better (fix my description). Basically, you come out of one of the tunnels about 2/3rds of the way through. There is a bunch of cautions and roadblocks. It is a spinning wheel with a hut in the middle. Bust through the roadblocks and run accross.

Also, what is your guys' take on making video's specifically of the shortcuts? Or do you think I should just show the shortcuts in the videos of the races? Personally, I think seperate video's for the shortvuts would be most efficient. An Insane Guy

EDIT: Put them all up. Some of them don't have shortcuts. I will work on making videos. Your welcome An Insane Guy

Did you remember to get permission first? That guide said "Do not make any illegal copies of this guide for the sake of anything." As for any videos, I'd avoid displaying multiple videos per table row, if we're going to keep the information in its concise table format. Instead, a simple trailing link to each video would fit better. --FeralKitty 21:58, 5 November 2007 (EST)

I got permission for my site. I'll ask him about this one as well. He had a lot of typo's and it was pretty bad description on some of them, so I'll just go back and re-type them all with fixed grammar and better description. --An Insane Guy

I just got permission for this site as well. I'll fix up the grammar in a little (unless one of you want to do that). Like I said, you're welcome :) --An Insane Guy

Cool. Thanks for getting permission, and for typing them in :) --FeralKitty 08:25, 6 November 2007 (EST)

I'm working on videos for all of the mini-games, as well. I've taken pictures of the introduction screens like you asked me to around the time of the demo launch. The pictures are fairly good, although I'm not sure how effective they will be at a small size. I render the video's I made the previous day while I'm doing my homework. Do you want video's of the races, as well? Or just the challenges? --The one, the only, The Insane Guy :p

Tips

Should we distinguish between the "official" in-game (loading screen) tips, and user-contributed tips/suggestions? --FeralKitty 08:55, 3 November 2007 (EDT)

I think it's fine to have them mixed-in together... Eventually users will probably edit and/or expand the in-game tips anyway. --Jimmcq 13:51, 3 November 2007 (EDT)
