Helpers are characters that have been designed to take away some of the jobs that keeping a garden entails. The helpers let you change the game, so you can play it the way that you like.
For example one character, Weedling, weeds the garden. If you don't want to spend time getting rid of the weeds because you'd rather spend time with your piñata, then you can hire a weeder and he'll try his best to do the job for you. Others include Sprinkling, Watchling, Gatherling and Diggerling.
Your first helper is named Leafos. She will help by giving you some basic tools.
Seedos will offer you a seed almost every time you talk with him.
After your piñatas perform their Romance Dance, an egg is delivered by a helper named Storkos.
Helpers can also run shops, such as Willy Builder's housing shop.
You need to pay them with chocolate coins in order to keep them happy, and if they're not satisfied they'll walk off the job.
There is a witchdoctor named Dastardos who puts sick piñatas out of their misery with a big stick.
All the helper have had their look inspired by the masks of the Mayans, Aztecs and Toltecs, to give them a mexican look.
