You can purchase blackberry seeds or blackberries from Costolot's General Store, or try talking with Seedos to get a blackberry seed.
How best to grow it
Use one dose of purple fertilizer once the bush has grown. You can tell when the bush is ready for fertilizer when leaves fall from the branches.
