You can purchase watercress seeds, or watercress from Costolot's General Store, or try talking with Seedos to get a watercress seed.

Use 3 applications of green fertilizer immediately after planting it, for maximum effect.

Feeding a watercress seed to a Rashberry, Sparrowmint, Squazzil, Whirlm, or White Flutterscotch changes its color to a green variant.
