Here's a more general Xbox Live question with implications for Viva Pinata:

Can you "add" an Xbox Live to an existing console log-in?

I ask because my daughter has created garden while logged in to a local console accountNow, she would like to trade pinatas with her friends.

I have not been able to find a way to merge a gamertag with the existing console login name.

I have tried both "join Xbox Live" and "recover gamertag" while logged into a console account, with no luck.

Am I missing something?

No matter what the answer is, I would like to add it to the FAQ. --celestial nav 08:41, 26 February 2007 (EST)

Please do not split this article or create a new category for this FAQ, at this time.  The answers might eventually be split off this page (depending on the length of this article) into several categoried FAQ articles, after the game is released, and the section headings and terminology have been revised to match the gameplay and types of new questions that arise on the forums.

Is there a way to get a list of pictures on this wiki?  I would be happy to improve the FAQs with pictures that are already hereA list of pictures would make things a teency bit easier.  I did not see "list of images" on the list of special pages.  --celestial nav 09:37, 27 February 2007 (EST)

How about that pale blue chicory-looking flower that is growing RIGHT OUTSIDE my garden, near the scarecrow.  There is a lot of it growing up there.  But I have not seen it in-game yet.  And how about those palm trees you see  on the TV series?  Why is it that Seedos always talks about coconut seeds but never delivers?  --celestial nav 09:45, 27 February 2007 (EST)

This FAQ should probably stay specific to the VP:Classic... but we may want to add a new VP:TIP FAQ soon.  --Jimmcq 02:37, 15 May 2008 (EDT)
I know that all pinantas can get sick but I've only had residents change color when this happens, so why is there a picture of a green/yellow sour macaracoon on the FAQs page? Do I have a slightly updated version of the game?-BrandonRC

Alright.  Just bumping this up one more time so more people see it and we remember it.

Sours can still get sick if you whack them with the shovel.  --Jimmcq 18:14, 16 March 2007 (EDT)

I know this, I have made them sick, but it dosen't change color.

Online content
Do we have any confirmation about any upcoming online content?  The section on "downloadables" names a bunch, but doesn't cite a source.  The FAQ lists the following as upcoming features or content:

** New pinata

** Co-op / visiting gardens

** A bunch of stuff under "online modes"

I think it's time we removed all references to online updates or patches for the 360 version.  --Teker0 15:05, 12 July 2007 (EDT)

Yep... I agree it's time to start cleaning out any references to 'future DLC'.  --Jimmcq 16:21, 12 July 2007 (EDT)

Thats so depressing. But I can still dream, Chris 17:06, 12 July 2007 (EDT)

Ok, I went through and caught the obvious ones.  Not sure if I cleaned out too much.  There were references to downloadable content outside of the game (dashboard theme).  Not sure if there's anything available.  Only downloadable game content I'm aware of were the accessory packs.  --Teker0 14:25, 15 July 2007 (EDT)

Additional Questions

Most of these questions seem to apply only to the classic game. Think that it's a good idea to try and questions for the PC, PA, DS, and TIP?
