I have a quote from BIGsheep indicating that the features are random - it seems like the color is the only thing you can actually control.

From what I can tell, most of the stuff with the mine is random. There may be some advantages to having candaries or a lantern, but I'm consistantly getting eggs in 2-6 game days without them now.

| − | *We try to avoid duplicating content because it can make things harder to maintain when there are multiple copies of the same thing floating around... but on the other hand sometimes it makes sense... It's kind of a judgement call. I think the [[Pond]] page may be OK because it is the only place that we gather all of the aquatic requirements.
