== Plot ==
[[Professor Pester]] kidnaps [[Paulie]]'s [[Pieena]] cousins who are really easy to make them laugh. Pester's plan is to make them laugh so hard that they'll laugh at all their candy! It's up to Fergy, Paulie, & Paulie's cousin Prescott Pieena to save them.
