You can purchase fir seeds, fir cones, or fir trees from Costolot's General Store, or try talking with Seedos to get a fir seed.
How best to grow it
Use brown fertilizer to help mature the fir tree, but the first application isn't needed until after the tree shakes its leaves off the first time.
