I'm trying to start a generic welcome template that can be used to greet new contributors. I've give people a chance to review/update this template for a couple days, then we start applying it to the Talk page of new users by adding {{subst:Welcome}} to their talk pages. --Jimmcq 14:23, 18 November 2006 (EST)
