Thank you for your contributions. Just wanted to mention a couple of details. Very short articles (e.g. a couple of sentences) generally don't merit their own page. It probably would have been more appropriate to add a description column to the Garden Items table to explain what the Firebrand is used for, etc.

Also, we now have duplicate sections in the General Store. There is a Garden Decorations (was wrongly named) section (which could have just been renamed instead of making a second Garden Items section). If you want to keep your Garden Items (proper name) section, the other section should be deleted, and all the existing pages that that link to General Store#Garden Decorations should be relinked to your General Store#Garden Items. Thanks! --FeralKitty 14:58, 21 November 2006 (EST)

Firebrand

If we don't need a Garden Items page, which we may not, I just thought pictures would be nice. We need to find a place to put the firebrand. I see alot of questions on the forums. We can do a link straight to the Reddhott page and put a description there and then have any other items of use link to the corresponding pinata i.e. Crowla requirements of the birdbath (which is self-explanitory). ---The Claw 15:46, 21 November 2006 (EST)

Note: discussions should remain on one page, so people can follow the conversation. I moved your following comments here. --FeralKitty 16:32, 21 November 2006 (EST)

Thanks, I added the Firebrand page because of the couple of broken links. I'll start putting together a Garden Items page and then do a redirect once that page is together. I've got the double post of the General Store taken care of and will continue creating the table for the Items on that page. It's great to be here. --- The Claw 15:07, 21 November 2006 (EST)

Glad you're here and helping :) Broken links are a bit confusing. What should really happen is that the link may need to be corrected (or removed as appropriate). For example, someone had "linked" all the transformed items on the Transformation page, then someone else had come in and created new pages for them, which then needed to be straightened out.

Anyway, I'm not sure I understand the reason for a separate Garden Items page. The Garden Items are on the General Store or Ivor Bargain pages. Take a look at Ivor's page for an example. --FeralKitty 15:25, 21 November 2006 (EST)

Just to let you know, Ruffians is an acceptable markup to bold text for the Ruffians article, and it's not necessary to change occurrances to Ruffians. Only the first occurrance should be bold, which is why I had removed all the other formatting. --FeralKitty 14:25, 24 November 2006 (EST)

Is it normal...

... for people to move pages you make, which removes the record of you having contributed anything?

I'm new here, but I found it find of confusing when I noticed a page I started had the content moved to another section and any record of my contribution, which is roughly half the total article it now belongs to, is gone. -- Geist

Actually it is quite normal. If your page wasn't neccassary and better off in another page than yes it is quite normal. If you want to get creited you might want to look for existing pages and add to those before you run off and make a page on your own, no offense. I realized a long time ago that getting credit is great, but ultimately it's about contributing to make this site a better place. Whatever it was you contributed, I'm sure that it'll help visitors. --Spartan 03:00, 30 November 2006 (EST)(I'm still here. ;) )

This was discussed on your Romance article discussion page. It didn't make sense to have two separate articles about the same topic, so your new content was merged into the existing article. Unfortunately, when an editor merges new content into an existing article, we can't make the change show up with your username. Sorry for any confusion. BTW, don't forget to sign your name at the end of your comment, by using four tildes (~~~~). This makes it easier to see who wrote what, on a discussion page :) --FeralKitty 03:39, 30 November 2006 (EST)

I'm sorry that you name was deleted from the contribuition, because you did contribute and it is greatly appreciated. I had a hard time getting use to the "wiki way" as well. At the bottom of every edit box there is a line that says this, and I wish I could give credit where credit is due. No one viewing the pages know who added the content and this isn't a competition so please still help out the community. --The Claw 08:53, 30 November 2006 (EST)

I hate to beat a dead conversation but actually if you were here a month or two ago, it kind of was a competition. A friendly one, but still a bit of a competition. ;) Sorry, for some reason was all put in you talk page though. --Spartan 19:42, 30 November 2006 (EST)

Sorry about the mistaken information about the Lackatoad... Color me red. I haven't seen one yet and assumed that it was a typo. Warloque7 23:17, 8 December 2006 (EST)
