How best to grow it

Use 3 applications of yellow fertilizer immediately after planting it, for maximum effect.

Eating 1 sunflower helps meet the Doenut Romance requirements.
Eating a sunflower causes the Goobaa to regrow its wool.
Feeding a sunflower to a Raisant or Sweetooth changes its color to a yellow variant.
