Meaning of Cryptid category

I'm a bit confused since we have the Jeli and Leminee not categorized, but the Pengum and Polollybear categorized. Is there a distinction I'm missing, or should all 4 be non-cryptids (since there's sufficient TV show evidence that they exist)? If they're not in any category, I hate to see the articles get overlooked completely. (Also, a category with no articles is a bit pointless.) Should we just broaden the Cryptid category to include pinatas that don't exist in-game? --FeralKitty 21:40, 28 July 2007 (EDT)


The species category is meant to hold species that are in the Xbox 360 game... this cryptid category was intended to hold any species that we at least have some evidence of their existence in the broader Viva Pinata universe, but aren't in the game.
