You can purchase bullrush seeds from Costolot's General Store, or try talking with Seedos to get a Bullrush seed.
How best to grow it
Must be planted in mud.
Use 3 applications of brown fertilizer immediately after planting it, for maximum effect. A fully catalysed Bullrush will sell for 1120 chocolate coins.
