What is the "level" on the species pages? For instance, the Ponocky page says it's "level 6"? Intuitively, I'd think it would mean the minimum level of gardener I'd need to be for it to appear, but I think that's an incorrect interpretation (as I can pretty clearly not buy a Ponocky when I'm level 6). --Kawigi 16:49, 27 February 2007 (EST)

As for your question, species level is just a number in game showing how 'difficult' a species is to obtain. It does not related to your gardener rank. --Jimmcq 16:55, 27 February 2007 (EST)

I see. Is this somewhere in the game or just assigned here? Is there any general way to see what level you need to be for a pinata to appear? (If not, perhaps it's a worthy project) --Kawigi 17:21, 27 February 2007 (EST)

All of the species levels came from the in-game encyclopedia. The requirements for each species are listed in their article... if there is a gardener level requirement, that is listed but many do not have any. --Jimmcq 22:28, 27 February 2007 (EST)

What if someone (i.e. me) just went around and mentioned the domestic pinatas' level requirement on their individual pages (rather than only on the Paper Pets page)? Also, I almost constantly have trouble submitting edits - is this normal at all? --Kawigi 17:38, 28 February 2007 (EST)

It might not be a bad idea to update the Domestic species pages to say something like "The Cluckles is a domestic pinata. You can buy it for 1100 chocolate coins at Miss Petula's Paper Pets shop in the village after reaching gardener level 8."

It isn't normal to be having problems submitting edits... specifically what kind of problems are you having? --Jimmcq 18:43, 28 February 2007 (EST)
