What do you think of this wiki site? We'd like to hear your feedback in the forums.
OK, well I think its about time for another redesign of the front page... and I'm wide open to suggestions. I would like to make the Main Page more attractive, but it also needs to be more useful. I think there are three goals that we need to meet:
- Let people know what this site (and Viva Piñata) is about
- Help people find what they're looking for (this is one of the most important)
- Let people know that they can (and should) edit the site themselves.
One of the biggest complaints that I get is that it the site is disorganized and too difficult to navigate, so what can we do to fix that?

Just as an FYI, here are some of the search terms that people are using to get to the site: guide, tips, species, info, help, honey, dragonache, chewnicorn, ruffian, fertilizer, pigxie, medicine, goobaa, mushroom
The list of popular pages shows that the species page are the most visited, along with Transformation, Taming sour pinatas, List of minor characters, and Frequently Asked Questions. --Jimmcq 18:21, 5 December 2006 (EST)
I don't know about the naviagation. But maybe if those are the areas that some that people would come here to visit alot, than putting thwm on the front page would be a good hook. For example, on the front page: Looking for a rare pinata? Step right in...
Put interesting, informative, and often searched pages on the front page.
Would it be a good idea to create a todo section somewhere? That way there can be one page where people can put things that they want to see and maybe suggestions on how to display the information. Quazmo 14:01, 7 December 2006 (EST)
