Looking at the TiP tab I was going to add the rest of the toys.  Would it be a good idea to add PVCs to the others sections of article when applicable?  I know this page is already quite long. --[[User:ImaTestWentBad|ImaTestWentBad]] 01:19, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

:I think PV cards shouldn't overshadow the primary details (e.g., items sold, their prices, and level availability).  I think 150px makes the rows too tall, and I'm not sure we should add 100+ images, to cover every item sold.  I'd be more interested in a general solution to handle these images, such as the [[Image:PV_icon.png]] icon, or perhaps balloon tooltips that show the card when you hover.  I think article content is generally meant to have 5 or 6 images (at most), not 100+ images.

Nice start! I think this will be great when it is all fleshed out. --Jimmcq 00:47, 15 November 2006 (EST)

General note about availability levels

The level that a seed shows up in the store may vary slightly between player to player, since the shop stocks it earlier than normal if Seedos happens to give you that particular seed for the first time. --FeralKitty 11:39, 19 November 2006 (EST)

Garden Items

We've got discussions on this topic in a few different places... let's try to consolidate them here. I don't think we need to make a separate page for the Garden Items category. Keep them here in the General Store page. I do agree that we need to do something to include more details on the Firebrand because a lot of people have questions about it, but I also think that FeralKitty is right that maybe it doesn't need its own page. --Jimmcq 15:59, 21 November 2006 (EST)

Okay. I can put more description either on the Reddhott or Taffly page and can keep everything on the General Store page. Is there a way to delete a page that has been created? Or should I just leave it sitting there and move all the links to firebrand to the General Store page. --The Claw 16:16, 21 November 2006 (EST)

Sorry, I'm about 75 edits behind, and wasn't looking at recent changes. I had moved claw's comments back to his page, before I saw this. --FeralKitty 16:38, 21 November 2006 (EST)

I've been thinking about this a bit, since I've added the Uses column, and it occurs to me that if we want to write more about the Firebrand, adding a === Firebrand === subsection under the Garden Items table would not only be a good location, but will also add a 7.1 Firebrand to the Table of Contents, making it more visible/accessible to people who arrive at the top of the page. I'm not married to the Uses table column and if someone feels the subsections are a better way to present the information, they're welcome to change things around. (In fact I might try that approach out for Willy Builder's special buildings, since there are only 4, if no one else gets to it.) --FeralKitty 01:13, 22 November 2006 (EST)

Positive or Negative Effects of Garden Items

I'd like to see a note made of any positive or negative effects of having a garden item (possibly another column in the table). For example, my son placed some Glow Rocks in his garden and his Shellybeans and Sherbats went crazy; fighting constantly. I'm thinking perhaps they negatively affect at least some of the pinatas. Do any of the other items cause behavior like this? -- g011um - March 31, 2007

1/5 price?

Huh, I always thought Lottie bought things at 1/2 their true price if they are Pinata... And as for some other things, her buying price varies. I recently bought Bird-proof fences, at 109 Ea and sold them back at 99 Ea, And I sold her my mine (Bought at 16,500 coins) and she bought it for 15,000... Kujoro 18:16, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

I think this is one of those articles that needs some more updating. It's a copy and paste from the Classic to the TiP tab and in some cases that's not going to be correct. Once this babe stops teething(or takes a nap for once) and lets me play the game :P I may be able to get some of them edits done --ImaTestWentBad 03:06, 4 June 2009 (UTC)

PVCs

Looking at the TiP tab I was going to add the rest of the toys. Would it be a good idea to add PVCs to the others sections of article when applicable? I know this page is already quite long. --ImaTestWentBad 01:19, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

I think PV cards shouldn't overshadow the primary details (e.g., items sold, their prices, and level availability). I think 150px makes the rows too tall, and I'm not sure we should add 100+ images, to cover every item sold. I'd be more interested in a general solution to handle these images, such as the PV icon.png icon, or perhaps balloon tooltips that show the card when you hover. I think article content is generally meant to have 5 or 6 images (at most), not 100+ images.
