If this page is supposed to focus on how to attract/create a species, then it seems like the resident and romance requirements don't belong here, and just clutter it up. Helping out with the info here
I noticed that the information here was not quite correct and some information was missing. I made the correct changes as they appear in the game.
I also think it would be a good idea to add the visiting requirements as well. I could work on that later one when I have more time since I just LOVE this game and would love to help out in contributing with helping others as well as getting help myself with other stuff.
