The Pudgeon is a domestic pinata. You can buy it for 2310 chocolate coins at Miss Petula's Paper Pets shop in the village once you are a level 18 gardener.
All Pudgeons are fitted with state-of-the-art GPS tracking systems, so, like a feathery boomerang, they always come back. Take them on holiday, load them up with duty free and avoid the hassle in customs.
