I wanted to know
are the odds of hatching a WC ACTUALLY increased if 1 or 2 parents are WCs and does it increase with twins as parents |

If you get a pair of twin Wc whirlms,would they both be WCs?

Yes, they'd both be twins and wildcards.
People ask questions about wildcards and twins all the time. We just had someone recently repost BIGsheep's photo illustrating what the journal's Information page would look like for WC twin Whirlms.
