Are my Horstacios glitching?????

I am thouroughly confused...........I am going for the Roario requirements.
I need something like 8 Horstacios.............here is my dilema, well if it actually is one.
I have 2 pairs set for romancing......and that left 6 for just the numbers and to transform 2 to Zumbugs.

When I went to transform one to a Zumbug I chose to work on Horstacio #7
I fed it the fruit and went to another Horstacio to feed it fruit and get a pair of Zumbugs but to my suprise the one I chose was another Horstacio #7!!!!
I checked and double checked and triple checked.......I have 2 #7 Horstacios!!!!

After finding out that they are mortal enemies with the Zumbug and I barely had the time to get the doctor back and forth to heal the loser I decided the crate up my Horstacios for later use ........ I then found out I also have 2 #8 Horstacios!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is something wrong here???????

I just realized.........its Doenuts I need.......Not Horstacios!!!!!

All that work and frustration with the fighting and all and it was for not..........

Note: I only need 5 and not 8.....................

yea but u need Zumbugs which are evolved Horstachios (and you do need 8 because you always needs extra, if you got 5 it will eat 1 and leave because of visiting requirements)

Also...........anybody have advice on what a Zumbug or Horstacio will not cross????

I tried water.......they cross it.
I tried a stone wall........they still fight through it.........

Can't these 2 pinatas just get along??????

The only way i can realy think of (which i had to do) was build a seprate garden and crate the zumbugs and send them to my breeding grounds and then create my doenuts and get a rario. Then send it back to the other garden.

I hope this is useful and if you do find another way can you post me it because i also want my horstatio's and zumbugs to live in peace with each other.

That is exactly what I eventually did...........I crated my Horstacios........lost my RED one to a party.....

The only other option I would think is fence them off at opposite corners but then you run into "crowded" issued with too many fence pieces.

Another thing that might work is running a hedge or fence as 2 walls from side to side with space in the middle thus creating 3 complete sections out of your garden and put the Horstacios and Zumbugs on opposite ends.....and the middle for what ever you wish.
I haven't tried that and don't know if there will be "crowding" issues.........
