H3 Beta Question.

Just a quick question to see if anyone knows here.
If you have Crackdown, so that you can play Halo 3, can you use the same Crackdown disk for several profiles?

For exsample, can I use the disk, play some H3 Beta, log out and have my fiance able to play while I'm gone, under her own profile, useing the same Crackdown disk?

Don't quote me on this, but I THINK I heard that it only goes to one profile. That said you should consult the info page that comes with Crackdown or bungie.net but I think that's it.

Well Bungie said it ties to the Xbox. So I think she MIGHT be able too. I am not positive.

The only way to play Halo 3 is with the Crackdown disc using its menu (not counting people who got the beta some other way). You couldn't load it on one 360 and then play it later without the disc. The number of people will always be connected to the amount of Crackdown discs. I could let a friend borrow the disc and they could play it on their 360, but I couldn't until I got my disc back.

I believe this is correct.

Yes you CAN have it on multiple profiles as the only restriction is that you must have the disk in the Xbox for it to work. so yes, you can have it for multiple profiles.
