installation requires files that don't exist

I'm trying to install Viva Pinata on XP pro and installation goes fine until it asks for files in a folder called "bundles_packages" which doesn't actually exist on the DVD, and so installation has to be aborted. What can I do?

Have you gotten this to work yet?
Are you sure it is the DVD version??? I thought it only came on 2 CDs....

Try taking it back for an exchange...........
