i fails at upgrades

Okay so right now my computer sucks it dosnt even have Intel Pentium Anything and i have a BAD graphics card (I cant run Corell Draw) and im wondering what it would cost and what i would have to buy to get my comp to play the newest computer games (fallout 3) or even oblivion. Thanks btw.

Budget? Keeping up to date for PC gaming can be quite expensive and more complex than consoles.

Might be worth a look...
