Your question really isn't related to this thread's topic, but you just have to be patient with higher-level pinatas, as it usually takes several visits to meet all their requirements.

Just make you you keep enough tulips and mothdrops in the garden, so the Galagoogoo doesn't leave early if its visit requirements are no longer met.

You can also "help" speed the process along by breaking open another tulip or Mothdrop, while the Galagoogoo is eating one.
