It wasn't real I think he did everything normal with his mouse, then went back and drew in the stick figure and the moving stuff as a cartoon.

He didn't use Pivot. I used to use Pivot for fun, but you could never make anything that elaborate. He used a flash animator, but I'm not sure which one.

how did it make the drawing have a mind of its own? I'm no master of flash animation, but as far as I know flash is just a popular way to add animation and/or interactivity to whatever it is you're working on. So he probably used Adobe Flash to do this first of all, since that is the only Flash program I could find. What he did was basically draw the whole screen, including the mouse and the stick figure, and used the program to create a series of frames for every single animation. So every little movement, which can be a lot at some times, is another frame. Once he is finished with that, Adobe Flash will create the coding necessary for others to view it on web pages and have the buttons to press play and all of that. So if anyone can enlighten us as to the exact methods of his work, that would be great as I'm not completely sure how Flash works. I've never used it before, since Adobe Flash is pretty expensive. :p

its free u can make creations really easy i made mutant dogs :P i made this super long 1 but it didnt work so keep it under 5 mins the only way u can show people is by emailing it to them

Flash is a program to make animations, it's not AI, it's an animation.

Anyway, those were perhaps the worst flash (if they were flash) cartoons I've ever seen, it doesn't take much effort to make your characters not look crappy, and the animation itself was pretty bad. I couldn't stand that and the voices for more than 5 seconds before closing it.
