there's a red dragonarch in tv series is there a chance in game 2???

FeralKitty

Nope. As stated on the wiki's Dragonache article, red is not an in-game option.

The wiki should always be your first source for information, since most questions are already answered there.

It would be awesome if you can get one though."Sigh"

Ok, thanks for the tip

You can "technically". Just tap (annoy) your dragon and it will temporarily turn red with anger.

But would that lower the happiness of the Dragonache?

No, you can't, because it doesn't turn Red (i.e. change into a different variant color).

But would that lower the happiness of the Dragonache?

Yes, and it's going to pick a fight with another resident.

Moral of the story: Annoying a Dragonache with your shovel is never a good thing.

There's a new dragonarch type in the ecyclopedia!

Any Chance of getting that type guys?

P.s it has some color in the back and on the wings o.O

TheMaster
01-27-2008, 01:57 AM
uh........ok?

TheMaster
01-27-2008, 02:01 AM
Hey it does turn red....but it still got the same pattern of the my dragonarch

FeralKitty
01-27-2008, 02:27 AM
Cool it with the spam, ok? :)

As the Dragonache article clearly states:
The Dragonache variants (http://pinataisland.info/viva/Variant) are uniquely obtained. Each has it own color, style of teeth, mane, ridges, wings, and tail. The terrain where you hatch its egg will affect the color of the Dragonache. The other features are completely random. It is estimated that there are over 20,000 Dragonache variants.
So, two Dragonaches probably won't look the same, and it's unlikely that you'll get one exactly like one that's pictured.

SJane3384
01-29-2008, 12:01 PM
Hey is it true that no two Dragonache look the same? Cause I SWEAR mine popped out of his egg looking like a giant flower (he's grass type).

Edit: Haha ok...Feral Kitty and I posted at the same time. I guess there's the answer to my question.

I have a question. If there's over 20,000 different Dragonache variants, why do we only know 4 (green, gold, blue, brown) Can anybody give us hints on how to get other colored Dragoances

Feral means the colors AND the frills/wings/teeth/eyes/so on...

There Is No Feral Dragonache, There Would Be No Way To Get It.

@FeralKitty
I Totally Agree.

TheMaster
02-02-2008, 03:32 AM
so......what your saying....there 20k of varits of a dragonarch?
i wonder what it looks like in China or Alaska or Hawaii

SJane3384
02-02-2008, 06:37 PM
Haha wow. Here is what they are saying:

All dragonaches (from anywhere) are essentially only one of four types (or varients). Grass (green/purple), Dirt (pink/brown), Water (blue), Desert (gold).

Within those 4 varients, there are 20,000 different combinations of teeth, mane, ridges, wings, and tail (with slight differences in color and shape...but color still sticks to the main theme).

So. There are no other colors besides the ones mentioned above. And there is no Feral Dragonache. Pinatamastergirl3000 was mentioning FeralKitty's original post.

Or wait. I take that last part back. All Dragonaches are feral. That's why they won't let you sell them (joke).

FeralKitty
02-02-2008, 07:04 PM
And there is no Feral Dragonache.

The Feral Dragonache had to be removed from the game, before it was released, as it would burn the village down, from time to time.

It was a shame, but we all have to bear the brunt of this tragedy.

The Feral Dragonache had to be removed from the game, before it was released, as it would burn the village down, from time to time. It's true. No really. At one point part of the storyline involved Leafos losing a leg to get the Dragonache to mature.

Sorry but i think leafos deserved losing a leg except i hate blood

SJane3384
02-05-2008, 02:33 PM
I agree with Kyle. She always ends up standing right where I need to place something. I say, let her lose her leg so she can't walk, and we can keep her in one place :-)

It would be cool if there was a red Dragonache in the game.

Sonny
03-14-2008, 04:37 PM
I know it would! I heard Feralkitty say on the 1st page of this thread that annoying a dragonache is bad as it will fight with another pinata. That isn't right in a weird way because if the dragonache lost the fight then it will cough up a joy candy!

Mika
03-14-2008, 06:35 PM
And who knows, maybe in future games there will be more color varients added to it. So the red one could be coming in a sequel or so.

PinataPro277

RED:1 POPPY SEED
:1 SALAMANGO
:1 REDDHOTT
:3 POPPY FLOWERS

This rumor could be false because all these hints were from leafos. and i tryed turning my chuckles into a parrybo but it didnt work so the moral is NEVER TRUST LEAFOS

Mika

You should never trust what Leafos says, look it up in our Leafos talk thing (http://pinataisland.info/viva/Rumors).

03-26-2008, 08:12 PM
well is there anyway to completely turn it red and keep it that way...cuz i jsut tap it an it gets mad and fights everything....is there a way too do it w/out gettin him madd??

FeralKitty
03-26-2008, 10:35 PM
No, there's no way, as the link -> Dragonache <- explained. Please read the wiki article (and/or other posts) carefully for answers, instead of repeatedly asking questions that someone has already answered for you.

By the way, getting it mad doesn't turn it into a Red Dragonache, it just makes it an angry Green Dragonache.

VP 2 (Its not called that) is coming soon, and there may be a red dragon, but I highly dought it. Red ones are special to the TV series.

I think that the fact you still can't get a red dragonache was a big let down, for me anyway. That and the fact your stuck with one choclodocus are the biggest let downs of TIP for me (although two quite small let downs).

Nope. As stated on the wiki's Dragonache article, red is not an in-game option.

The wiki should always be your first source for information, since most questions are already answered there.

What you said isn't true, this person who made the wiki missed a few colors that I know of as well as a way to get a gold Dragonache:

Gold: place egg on gold tile bought from Costalot's store and then hatch it
White/pink: Place egg on snow and then hatch it
Yellow/Orange: place egg on sand and then hatch it

My wife, friends (from GameFAQs), and I are trying this method with all sorts of different ground types, e.g. pink tiles, train track pieces, and so on. We will let you know if we find any others...

FeralKitty

What you said isn't true, this person who made the wiki missed a few colors ...

It was true when posted fifteen months ago. The question and answer refer to the Classic period.

The wiki's Dragonache article isn't missing any colors. If you don't see white, red, or gold, you're not looking on the Trouble in Paradise tab.

Right, sorry about that. I was reading the posts made by some of the people on the second page without actually reading the first.
