Okay i had Ivor bargain come into my garden early in the game. But i never knew that he would be a new shop keeper. I never pay attention to him and i never knew if you give him money he would become a new shopkeeper. Now i cannot even get him to come inside my garden. he just stands outside my Garden. I am at LV 36 and i still don't have him as a shop keeper. Can anybody help how to make him go inside my garden. So i could give him money and make him into a trader.
