Level of pinata type effects WC chances?

I looked arround for awhile on here the old forum and the xbox forum but couldent find this question asked so sorry if it has been asked alot

Now i know Roario's take longer to romance then Whirlm so it would be easier to get a Whirlm WC I also believe that its tottaly random and that nothing effects it other then WC parents I seen the developers say this lots of times, but thats not what im talking about here.

Now i know the majority of the community think/guess that its 1 in 1000 but i think this could be wrong as an example a level 1 pinata Whirlm might be 1 in 200, a level 5 pinata like Lackatoad might be 1 in 1000 and the level 10 pinata a Roario might be 1 in 5000 What are your thoughts?

Im close to my 3000th Roario now, I also think LRB is 1000+ and some other people was in pretty high numbers for other high level pinata

Well I know that Meeper had romanced 3100 Syrupents and he didn't get one, but someone else did.

I don't really think that the higher levels have that much to do with it. I really think that it is completely random.

EDIT: I found this on the Xbox Fourm. A quote from BIGSheep that states, "Also, each species has exactly the same chance of producing a wildcard so you shouldn't worry about which one you choose."
