i wan't to make a poll but i was told you have to be a mod to do that but i think i may have seen a poll started by a level 3 so i tried to create a new thread and it said i don't have the correct privellages.

Hit the "add poll button near the bottom and it'll give you poll options. But you have to be a mod to make a poll in the voting booth. You can however PM me ideas, I'm dry and I don't have time to sit down and think up more. :)

I get most of what you are saying but he is only a level 3 and has some polls this just being one of them.
