Well don't ask them questions about the upcoming VP games, their lips are sealed! (I tried, and I failed!:p)

I just now PMed asked about legal rights to certain properties, like whether Nintendo or Rare owns the rights to the designs of the vehicles from Diddy Kong Racing and Diddy Kong Pilot, and that unnamed Hillbilly Kong, but I heard that Rare dropped him before they were bought out.

Edit: I asked Errrm, and he/she has zero idea, as he/she's not a lawyer!:p I doubt BIGsheep or rashberry would know... would they?
