That's a good question, but a bad thread title, since no one can tell what your thread is about, at a glance. Please don't make more work for the mods, by typing gibberish.

A referral just means that a new member signed up for the site, and gave you credit as the person who told them about the site. Referrals are a good thing, but they don't really have any specific useful benefit other than a warm fuzzy feeling.

Oh,referrals,are like people taht have joined because you told them about it,if you click on it then it should say how many referrals yo have had and who are they.

Thread merged, try and search something before you ask a question in the future. :) It's basically nothing bad, it just shows that someone who signed up said that you recommended them. So it's a good thing.

It only takes a second to search (http://pinataisland.info/forum/search.php) the forums for an answer, especially when you know there's a post about it already. Making a duplicate thread just seems like the lazy way out.

But to answer your question, a refferal is when you reffer someone to this site. (you should go check out the PIF forum = 1 refferal)

I was actually confused about that. I always thought it was how many times your name had been said. But then I realised jimmcq only had like 500 and I thought
