Sorry to hear that. Try to turn it on later and make sure all your cables are tight. I got the rings once and turned my console back on and everything has been running smooth since. Best of luck.

Turn off your xbox, remove the HDD and turn it on. If it works, keep it on and put the HDD drive in.

hey blade i got an idea this is what i did for my 360i bought it at best buy so within 30 days of after u get ur 360 yo can return within 30 and if it fixes get a intercooler cuz it helps a lot

Mine had the ROD for a while, so we sent it off and got a new one. We kept the hardive though so everthing's alright. (even when it did have the ROD everthing was ok because our border, my cousin, got to borrow an elite for the summer while his frined's away so we got to use it until the new box came in the mail.)

Yea, I bought my premium and my 2 elites at BB also. I also bought the 2 year warranty so I can just take them back and get a new one right away. I've had to do that twice with the premium but my elites haven't had a problem. I just wish I could move the VP game save to a different HDD, I'm sick of lugging the 20 GB around.
