I live in Canada so I saw fireworks on sunday instead, plus I watched my recording of the Fergy Fudgehog bit of the 4kids fireworks thingy that was aired on saturday morning "get me down, I'm afraid of heights" that is the first time I've ever bothered to record these things

BBQ'd, hung out with the family and caught up on some much needed rest. I got some cheesy fireworks (kids are young) and had my son who is almost 6 ran around trying to burn everyone with sparklers and we sat on the porch and watched the fireworks (they set them off a mile away from my house and it is a perfect view from my porch). My son turned to me about half way through the fireworks and said "this is the greatest day of my life. Why didn't you tell me it was going to be such a great day?". So those two sentences made it "the greatest day of my life".

Im american but i live near (across a river =P) Canada so i went out onto the river to watch the fireworks. They were nice.

I also lit off some fireworks but dont tell anyone becuase they are illegal in new york.
