I dont know but you might try the VPX forums, and their MIGHT be a VPX project for a WC Bark Bark. But first, you have to eb a VPX agent, which can take some time, but I wish you good luck

There are only two that are known of and neither of them will be borrowing it out to anyone. Your best bet is to do what everyone else is doing and romance a bunch of them. Do you know that out of 15000-20000 WC romances there has never been a documented WC hatched? Just romance, romance, romance and hopefully you get lucky.
