The other day I came across a box of Pop Tarts with a Viva Pinata promotion on the box.

Inside it gave a 25 letter code, and a link to http://www.xbox.com/en-US/promotions/kelloggs/poptarts.htm

Unfortunately I was not able to download the "exclusive Viva Pinata Music video" from the Xbox Live Marketplace. Has anyone else seen this on store shelves? Were you able to download the video?

I have not seem this promotion, but have seen a lot of Viva Pinata material on a few cereal boxes. This was a few weeks ago, and I failed to save a copy for future reference. I believe one of the cereals was Pops, although I could be mistaken. All I know is that there were a few Viva Pinata facts and games on the side of the box, with a handheld game inside the box. Basically, a promotion for the Xbox 360. I still found it interesting, though!

hmm... I will have to look the next time I go shopping to see if I find poptarts with viva pinata on them.

I like toaster strudels more than pop-tarts, but if it has that in it that box of pop-tarts might be slightly superior. I must find one! :o

Yeah Viva Pinata seems more like a colorful cereal, not a toaster thingy.

vp does seem more like a cereal, but how cool would it be if there were little pinata sprinkles on the pop tart.

Yeah, lol, allthough this is a good way to boost advertising, even if you dont buy poptats, your bound to see the box

I can just see the box now, and it disturbs me. Fergy paniking and shaking so much that some of those little paper tabs are falling in the bowl or they have a picture on the front of him eating out of the bowl and one the back it has him saying "I'll never forget the first time, the first time I lost my candy. I didn't know it wasn't mine to keep, that there were parties. So, I was such a naieve Fudgehog I was living in a cacoon. But, then my grandpa told me the truth. They break you open! Then eat your candy! I even ate some of it my self! How screwed-up is that?"


EDIT: Or maybe they'd just have "I even ate some of it myself! How screwed-up is that"
