How to get Ruffians to Come & How To Get a Garden Worth 10,000 Coins?

I am trying to get all certificates and I need the ruffians to come so I can scare them with a mallowolf. Anyone know any ways to get them to come or is it just random?

Also, what are some strategies for getting a garden worth $100,000 so I can get the last certificate? How do you check the 'worth' of your garden?

Heee for ruffians it must by nighttime and as you have a barkbark with a collar
you must not let him blaf.

there are many tactics to get a garden woth this much (of course I have this certificate)Well,you could breed and sell whirlms (as they are easy to romance) or you could use a buzzlegum, moozipan or baabaa to make honey,milk or wool and sell them.You could even plant thistles and let them spread seeds (but not too much) and keep selling their plant heads.There's an even sneakier way though by going to the main menu and selecting options and selecting copy file.Now copy your file in another space and enter the file that you just made.From there keep sending money to the original file. repeat.

Ruffians come at random times throughout your game. But make sure you do NOT have a Captains Cutlass as they are made to keep ruffians away.
