Possible New Viva Pinata due Christmas?

I was just searching the internet, and i managed to come across an article on Mundorare. I'm not sure whether I am allowed to post a link to it, so I'll describe it.
The article is named "A Rare Natal game “may be” released in October 2010".
The title pretty much sums up the article, except for the image that is included. The image depicts Christmas presents, but then at the front are two vehicles and a snowglobe. The vehicles are two of the toys in VP:TIP and within the snowglobe is the Jeli's home.Of course the image could just be depciting a typical Chirstmas scene (presents, toys and a snowglobe). But I'm not sure. There could be another clue - a pair of American-stylised boxing gloves with "TJ" written on, and I don't think they are in TIP. So it might not be a new VP.

I really hope it is a new Viva Pinata game that's due this year! But, as i said, it could just be depicting the "possible" Christmas release of a new game for Rare. And i could be completely wrong and it could be nothing to do with VP. But the clues are there.

I'm pretty sure this is the link you are talking about. I agree that it is most definitely a pinata game. Unfortunately it looks like it has been canceled by several different sources. My hopes just plummeted. All I can do now is wish for the best. They talk about it being a Wii Fit knock off because it uses Natal, but if it really was a VP game, I'm not sure how they might incorporate it in. When is Natal coming out, anyways?

In the end, I just really hope that another VP game does come out!

Oh, my bad, I just realised that it's from a Christmas card that Rare gave out. Apparently the card could be hints as to what they are releasing, but to be honest, I doubt there's a new VP now. Damn, rumours! :P

I really hope they don't bring out a new VP that's just a wii fit knock off. That would just ruin the game for me. I'm happy with it how it is, with new ideas obviously, and maybe some natal, but hopefully not just a whole game made up of minigames like wii fit.

And the only reason i didn't post a link was because I was unsure whether links were allowed or not, but i guess they are.

I don't know. In another thread, some posters mentioned it might be fun to feed your pinata by hand. I see what you're saying but is it any different than throwing a pretend bowling ball or swinging a fake bat or golf club?
