Generations?

Hey guys I was wondering what generation of forumers everyone was in. Theres been talk about it before but maybe we can make a list of what everyone thinks what generation everyones in? So have you been here since VPF started, in the middle of VPF, did you just join at PIF? What do you guys think of this?

Meh, go about this only knowing that these aren't social classes. As for me I'd call myself a "Second generation" VPF. I joined in mid August I think. Right when the wiki became a major ally of VPF. Before Viva Pinata came out so I guess I'm an old-timer. :)

Was it July or August? No I think you joined a day after me. I was the day of the wiki merge. If we had the VPF files I'd put money on that too, though I could be wrong. Maybe Jim knows.

I joined in early December (because of an obsession with Hudson from the VP show), but I normally don't like to classify myself as part of any generation.

Still, in those 5 months (I‘m lumping my time on VPF and PIF together), I've seen many members come and go, and several, like my two good friends above, have been around for a long time. It's quite remarkable how they could have had so much interest during the summer of '06 for a game that didn't come out until November of that year - that shows their level of commitment.

To answer your questions: I joined in the middle of VPF’s span (if VPF started in mid-2006, as I believe), and I don’t much mind when people joined as long as they are helpful, friendly, and very devoted to the forum.

I joined VPF 1 or 2 months before PIF was created.

I think I'm second generation, though, since I wasn't here when VPF started, but I WAS on VPF for a while...

I joined a day after Ryan44 joined, i think that was the time when spam was invading our forums, i don't remmeber, but i remember joing the VPF in december
