hello, my name is pat, ive been scanning the forums for a little while, and recently i have incountered a friend named carm44, now lately i had a something i like to call: the incodent. in that rumble hes was eventually banned, even though i was the criminal; on this forum, im that pest that everyone hates. now i might just get banned now for restating the name carm44 or that incodent. but the reason that heppened was because we started talking about the forum, an off topic... topic, mods got insulted, spams were posted, and when i relized i was doing the wrong thing i deleted all my posts, i told carm that he should delete his posts it was too late, he was offline, i was in serios trouble, and for carm, all his posts were all together with nothing in between them, anwering a question that doesnt even exist.

now, dont worry, this thread isnt just about restating a bad memory. in favor of that this thread is for people who just want to talk without spaming, there is no such thing as spaming in this thread. nomatter how insulting it gets. *swears are still not allowed*

because of the fact that this thread may ban me from the site, i have made a will:

this thread is for pests

just remember i could have had a happy time on this forum without carm, but remembering how fun carms threads are, i would go to those threads and i would stare at carms name, in his fossilized post, marked with the word banned on it. i would rememenber that it was. all. my. fault.

is the ban only temporary? and this thread kinda encourages spamming even though "nothing is spam here". This is pretty weird...

Mods won't discuss bans or member actions. Feel free to read the Official Forum Policies (http://pinataisland.info/forum/showthread.php?t=172) which is a guide for mods as well as members.

I don't have an opinion about this thread, and as long as policies aren't broken, members can do what they want.

(Note, however, that policies do prohibit challenging mods' actions, so a post encouraging people to discuss what happened might not be helpful.)

7threclaimer, let me just throw in some inputs here, not just as a MOD, but as a person.

I am glad that you realized your mistakes and possible causing carm44 to be banned, and if you are truly sorry for that, then do the right thing and set things straight.

Talk with carm offline and make him understand that there is a need for order here in this forum. There might be some forums where the MODs are much more laxed or they just simply don't care, but the MODs here do care about the rules and about trying to keep this forum clean and family-oriented.

If carm44 does not agree with our rules and policies and our decisions, then we don't want him back, but if you and carm44 both believe that this forum is a good place to hang out and will abide by the rules, then good for you both and we will not get in the way of your fun.

Many of us have been here a while and have made many friends, so I am sure that you will enjoy your stay here, as long as you know what we expect of you.
